Position Overview

Background Investigators play a critical role in conducting non-FCRA investigative research, interviews, and due-diligence inquiries for commercial, legal, and organizational clients. This position requires conducting detailed interviews, verifying information, evaluating findings, and preparing accurate reports to support organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct subject, reference, and source interviews
• Review and analyze records, documents, and data for accuracy
• Prepare detailed written reports
• Follow all Grayman Group investigative protocols and legal standards
• Maintain confidentiality and professional judgment
• Travel may be required

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field, OR a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional investigative, analytical, military, or law-enforcement experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent writing and documentation abilities
• Experience handling sensitive information, case interviews, or investigative work is an advantage
• Valid driver license and ability to travel as needed

Position Overview
The Tactical Flight Officer Instructor delivers advanced airborne law enforcement training designed to improve the performance, safety, and mission success of aviation units nationwide. This role supports our Aircrew Infrared Tactics Course and provides instruction in tactics, technology, and operational decision making.

Responsibilities

• Teach aircraft safety and crew resource management
• Provide instruction in infrared and sensor technology
• Train aircrew in suspect tracking, aircraft positioning, and mission coordination
• Deliver scenario-based instruction to enhance real-world performance
• Maintain accurate training documentation and student evaluations

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience as a Tactical Flight Officer
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Ability to complete applicable screening requirements
• Prior experience operating in sensitive or high-security environments is beneficial

• Prior operational experience as a law enforcement or military sniper with helicopter integration
• Minimum two years airborne sniper or tactical aviation experience
• Complete applicable screening requirements
• Active Secret clearance preferred
